Parents - I sent home today a parental permission form that I would like you to sign that will allow your student to take a 15 minute survey in class. I want to study the effect that good teaching practices have on student motivation. The survey will assess your student's motivation and their perception of good teaching practices here at VHMS. If you have any questions, please contact me here at corysmith@alpine.k12.ut.us
